About the Position

We offer a structured training opportunity for graduates interested in operations, supply chain processes, and business management within a medical product environment. The trainee will work as part of our small operations team and contribute to real day-to-day activities — supporting inventory tracking, reporting, and internal coordination.

The position suits someone who is organised, reliable, and genuinely interested in how a medical supply business operates. No prior sector knowledge is required — we value attitude, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily operational activities related to product supply and distribution
  • Support inventory organisation and tracking of stock levels
  • Contribute to basic data collection, analysis, and reporting using Excel or similar tools
  • Assist in identifying and documenting opportunities to improve internal processes and workflow
  • Support the coordination of product distribution and sales activities

Requirements

Essential
  • Background in Engineering Management or a related field
  • Fluent English — written and spoken — at a professional level
  • Interest in operations, logistics, and business processes
  • Basic analytical and organisational skills
  • Reliable, independent, comfortable in a small team
Advantageous
  • Knowledge of Spanish (conversational or above)
  • Familiarity with Excel or basic data management tools
  • Prior exposure to supply chain, retail, or business operations
  • Interest in the medical or healthcare product sector

English is the working language for this position

All reporting, written tasks, and professional correspondence will be conducted in English. Candidates should be comfortable reading, writing, and communicating in English on a daily basis.

Arabic language skills — added advantage

Arabic language skills are considered an added value at SHADOMED due to the diversity of our customer interactions. Candidates with Arabic proficiency are encouraged to mention this in their application.

Supervision & Support

The trainee will work under the direct supervision of our operations manager, who will provide day-to-day guidance, assign tasks, and review progress on a regular basis. We aim to provide a structured experience with clear feedback at each stage. A written reference will be provided upon successful completion.
